Once you decide to return the products, it will go through acceptance and approval process by our Returns Team. If an item you received is not the item you ordered, is damaged, or incomplete (missing parts), or defective due to defects in manufacturing please notify us within 7 days by phone, fax, or email to request replacement or refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We would love to process every return that comes our way ,however, due to health and safety concerns, we cannot take back everything. Some items by their nature are simply non-returnable such as Opened personal care items,PPE, disinfectants, and Corona Virus-related products, any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids that could be infectious or contagious. Certain items cannot be returned if opened or used. Any items that could be potentially infectious or contagious after using cannot be returned. For example, items such as wound care, skin products, incontinent briefs and underpads, needles and needle disposal, surgical blades, gloves, cannulas, thermometers, stethoscopes, and related items.
